Product features | This product is specifically designed for automatic fabric spreading machines and automatic cutting beds with air-floating technology. It has air holes and uses the airflow from the blower to make fabric spreading easier, smoother, and faster. It is a standard feature of both automatic fabric spreading machines and automatic cutting beds, and neither can be omitted. |
1. The air-floating platform can be used with a fabric spreading machine, allowing for simultaneous fabric laying and cutting, greatly improving work efficiency.
2. The platform is made of 28-30mm thick multi-layer board with a fire-retardant decorative finish and stainless steel guide rails. The legs are welded from C-shaped tubing and powder-coated. The leg height is adjustable, with the platform height adjustable from 780mm to 850mm to ensure a flat surface and optimal working surface.
3. The platform features a modular design for easy installation. Each section is 1.2 meters long and can be lengthened or shortened as needed.
4. Depending on the platform width, each blower can power a 4-5 meter long unit. The air pump is either 3kW/380V or 2.2kW/380V.
5. The air vents are three-hole, with four-hole vents available upon customization for stronger airflow.
6. The platform is edged with approximately 1.6mm stainless steel for durability.
7. Air vent diameter 1.2 cm, spacing approximately 20 cm (varies depending on size specifications), fan hole 5 cm.
