An inkjet plotter is a device that uses inkjet technology to draw graphics, images, and text on media such as paper. It is widely used in fields such as architectural design, machinery manufacturing, clothing design, and advertising production.
Working Principle: Under pressure, ink enters the inkjet gun. The crystal oscillator inside the gun vibrates, causing the ink to be ejected and forming fixed-interval dots. Some ink dots, after being processed by the CPU and phase-tracked, are charged with different charges on their charging electrodes. Under a high-voltage magnetic field, they deflect at different angles and land on the moving surface of the product, forming a dot matrix that constitutes text, numbers, or graphics. The remaining ink dots are not charged and are directly injected into the recycling tank for reuse.
The inkjet plotter uses HP45 ink cartridges. Standard plotters come with two cartridges, which can be upgraded to three or four cartridges as needed, as shown in the left image. This significantly increases usability, doubles plotting efficiency, and extends overall lifespan.
The printhead of the inkjet plotter has a long lifespan, and printhead replacement costs are relatively low.
Each cartridge has a capacity of 42ml, offering high efficiency with its large capacity.
Printing speeds: Dual-jet 90 square meters/hour, Triple-jet 150 square meters/hour, Quad-jet 190 square meters/hour – a high-quality plotter with efficient printing speeds.
Typically equipped with an intuitive user interface and control buttons, allowing users to easily set up and operate the system.
Can be customized to include a tail cutter for flat cutting of CAD newsprint; the plotter can automatically cut the completed drawing onto the paper.
